Liminal Lunch Breaks" reflects on the spaces we inhabit between connection and solitude, joy and sorrow, light and shadow. Rooted in deeply personal experiences—love in partnership, fatherhood, and self-reflection—it also speaks to the universal threads that tie us all together. These songs are a humble attempt to capture the in-between moments where meaning often lingers, offering stories and emotions that have helped me grow and that I hope will resonate with others.
